I get the occasional, "You have the cleanest car in the neighborhood", comment. I'm also told I clean it too much or I'll "wax" the paint off.

I think I was 1:30 into the video, noticing things like what you mentioned, and that was making me cringe, lol. The further I got into the video, I was literally tensing up and getting mad. :laughing:

My thoughts exactly. I thought the paint looked pretty awesome in the shade... but the sun will reveal total chaos, lol.

Any time my car is freshly detailed, I gawk at it. Every time I see the gloss and reflections under the evening sunset, it makes it worth cleaning my car and keeping up with it. I think the majority of us are a little obsessed. :)

Is it because it is called a tire gel applicator? Maybe because it's black? I use a black microfiber chenille "wheel" mitt on the lower half of my car, not for the wheels, even though it's called a wheel mitt.

Yeah, but the foam on this applicator is really soft. Just got it the other day along with the AMMO Wheel Regimen. I'm excited to try that stuff tomorrow. Anyway, the applicator seems like it would be perfect.

Would you recommend not using the applicator pictured above?

Can I use the above applicator for applying sealant to paint? It's marketed as a tire gel applicator, but the gray foam is really soft and it has a nice egg crate design and the grip would help me out a lot. I'm just wondering if it would be suitable for applying sealant.

Seriously? Bugatti REQUIRES the owner to have the car detailed for that insane amount of money? Sh!t, the car isn't even THAT attractive. Rich people must really have nothing better to do with their money. Kind of sickening if you ask me.

I really need this stool. I recently spent 6 hours on a friend's car, detailed it all nice, but my feet, ankles and the rest of my body were all so sore, I couldn't sleep comfortably that night. I spent so much time kneeling and crouching, it really messed up my legs. That stool would be so nice...

No problem, dude. I just detailed a friend's 2010 Mazdaspeed3 last night, spent 6 hours on it, it seriously whooped my butt. I feel like I was struck by a train, lol. Thank God I bought Adam's DWC, his rims were so caked with brake dust inside the barrels, they required at least two applications...

I've always heard about wax build up, but I've never heard whether it's a good or bad thing. Off the top of my head, sounds like a bad thing. But what is the true definition of wax build up? Will it harm the paint or degrade the integrity of the wax or sealant?
