Agree. I worked at a dealership for a long time and they will go the cheapest route unless you are very firm and make it clear that you arnt settling for anything less than 100%

Some spots look like the faint start of clear coat failure but imo overall it looks like its starving for some product! If it does polish out and some gloss come back its gonna def have to be kept up with regularly to keep it that way! Maybe a new reg customer lol

Imo you gave them the buisness and it is the obligation as a car dealership to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. I wouldn't want to have to have anything painted on a brand new car that isn't my fault or wrong doing whatsoever. I would push for a vehicle swap if possible. Good luck!

Nice work. I've realized over time that undercutting work and charging low prices just to get jobs isn't the best tactic. On paper it seems so (wich I thought) but in the long run it isnt. Good work though and good luck on future endevours!

I'm def excited cause I use a rotary and have been told that a MF doesn't have enough cut compared to wool but then I've also read otherwise. If I can get close to the same results without such a dusty mess from a wool pad then count me in!!

I think the rubber hand pad on the head of the buffer was a great idea. I use mostly a rotary with a stick but I def like that feature on the d.a.'s that I have used. It's comfortable and you have total controll over the movement of the machine. Glad to see they incorporated that on the dewalt.

I receive the GG catalogs in the mail every month or two and always look at that pad. I mostly use a rotary but that pad always catches my eye and was always curious on how they work and the results. It's def a unique pad to say the least!
