I saw your video and it is very small compared to a Makita. So I get a rotary back plate 5 "and 7" and use the pads that I take as my 7424xp and a woolpad 7.5"

Then I can take the same pads as a DA? Did you see the link I put for the backing plate and the wool pad? Is that correct?
