Wow! What a great job! What was all this grime? Looks like someone sprayed the interior with coffee.
How did the Green Machine hold up? Any life left in it? 9 Hrs is a long time. How much did you charge her? Would a bigger steam machine have shortened your time much?
The "Yes, Dear," is right on!
I sometimes tell her that, "If women were in charge, we'd still be living in caves." She loves that one!
She bitches about all the time and $$$ I spend on detailing/supplies UNTIL I do her car!

Back when I was a kid, I had a friend who worked construction and had a small sports car with a plastic grille. We went to a shopping center once and he parked way out in the boonies. When we got back to the car, here was this monster Caddy parked head on to us with his bumper smashed thru my...
No question: Wet Glaze 2.0!!!!!!! So easy to apply and remove.
I used to use Megs #7, but not so easy to apply/remove, and WG 2.0 is so easy and really pops over Blackfire Wet Diamond.

Glazes like Danase Wet Glaze, EZ Creme, and Wet Glaze 2.0 are described as "gloss enhancers," and thus are a different animal than Megs #7. I used to use #7, but it was designed for single-stage paint, and can be a PITA to use and remove. EZ Creme has cleaners in it; the other two mentioned...
Yup, they do: Called the "Air Wand."
I bought just the nozzle and the flex hose at eBay for a song. Cobbled up an attachment for my leaf blower and it works great!

Stealth is the solution! Dress like a Ninja, head for parking spot late on a moonless night; bring large hammer and just beat the pi$$ out of the offending sprinkler heads.
Problem solved.

Yeah, I realize that. I've seen some of the custom creations these old dudes ride around in, and they're just awesome! Getting in at one of these places by posting up on the bulletin boards in the main office or word-of-mouth could really generate some income.
However, I'm just curious about...
Just wondering if anyone has tried this. Not speaking of the occasional detail for some old farts in a retirement community, but actually detailing the carts for a golf course.

Thanks, Guys,
Looks like I'm gonna be teaching an adult ed. class this fall, and I wanted a central place to send the students to see paint problems.
Jim
Mike,
Is there a sticky or post on the AG site that illustrates the types of paint defects (swirls; rids; holograms, etc)? I'm talking actual photographs.
Thanks,
Jim
Like dog books? Find "Nop's Trials" and "Nop's Hope," by Donald McCaig. I believe you can find them in paperback or perhaps in the library.
"Nop's Trials" would make an awesome movie.
