    Hi You can use it neat, but after applying you must wipe off the tire with MF cloth. dont leave it to dry after applying, apply and after few min start wipe off , even if its neat. i think thats why you get sticky surface. best dilution for tires i would suggest 1:1 with water. HTH

    Reflect has very low abrasives, 4500 grit , its very fine polishing, most likely you didnt remove it, cquartz can be applied over cquk, no problem. wash the area well with soap it should revive the hydrophobic. keep us posted how did it go for you.

    Yes i can confirm , it can work really well on poly-carbonate plastics as headlamps as well. primer target is glass of course , the plexiglas is extra advantage you have.
