Iron X/Rail Dust Amazing - Now how to protect?

Any wax or sealant wont help against iron dust, it will penetrate in time these, the only coats which can delay and prospond iron itching are glass coats , Cquartz CQUK and a kind like products.

What is my best option for removing or improving this orange peel?

The Velvet pads are not that aggressive and wont remove you much as sand paper does, the denims removed about 2~3 microns each pass you do. i suggest you first to check how thick is your clearcoat

    Reducing iron contamination

Cquartz or CQUK will help more from the irons to penetrate into the clearcoat surface. OC i dont know, our coatings once they are fully dry are building a barrier between the open air to the clearcoat.

Used c quartz but i have questions

No problem at all, just clean the surface from dust and recoat you have plenty of sunshine there, 48 hours sun bath is enough for good drying. if you have the Reload use it against the dusty climate you have there , it will help reducing it over the paint.

    Iron X Snow soap qustions

Hi Mr. Megane you have big mistake there, IXSS doesnt have any polymers inside ,it has shampoo ingredients , but no polymers . mostly Alkyl ether sulfates beside the ironX ingredients. IXSS is stronger than normal shampoo and will degrease the car paint when used neat or concentrated.
