I applied 2 coats of Power-Loc followed by 2 coats of 845 which may grow by one or two more coats if the weather stays as nice as its been the past few days up here in NJ.

Being that claybars come in different grades I would try that first before moving on to stronger methods.

The white pad they give you reminded me of a Meguiars pad. I hate to throw new pads out and I'll figure out somewhere it can be used.

Something I forgot to mention when I started this thread is that I had put 2 layers of Menzerna Power-lok on the paint prior to applying the Collinite 845.

I'm sure we all have stories of stupid thing we have done but rather not tell anyone about. Some things are better left unsaid.

I guess we'll have to face the fact that there are tons of folks out there that really have no idea of what goes into a real detailing job. Washing a car with dish soap and and drying it with old t-shirts does not a detailing job make.
