Kind of confused here. I mean I've even read that the oils help to bond the wax to the paint. Since we are talking about chemicals and how they react to each other, then there must be a scientific answer to the question. Or not, lol.

I looked up Diamond Glaze and it looks like a European made product. Very good reviews but can you order it in the US. I didn't see any US distributors. The cost of shipping from another country can be more than the cost of the product.

Good point, it never hurts to give it a try and see if it looks better with it than without it. I don't have any marring, at least that I can see, and I have no idea how thick Mazda clear coat is. Orange peel is my problem, but I don't think glaze can hide that and the thought of wet sanding...

Is it worth it to put a glaze on the paint followed by a sealant and then topped off with a carnauba? Or will the glaze get lost beneath the sealant and wax? This is 8 month old silver metallic paint that has been cared for since day one.

I'll also go with Novus. Gave me the easiest and best results after putting on a product I shouldn't have on the plastic covering the speedometer that clouded over the plastic so bad I thought I would never be able to get it clear again. Novus made it like new again with minor effort.
