    Evo 10

Great job on the detail, but I cant say I like that Evo.. actually I think it looks hidious.. Seems as if Mitsubishi and Subaru are now in competition to see who can make an uglier car.

    Got a tricky one! HELLPPP!

If it's cold try putting the bottle of polish in some warm water for a while.. but I doubt that's got anything to do with your holograms. Paint prep will play a big part in the polishing process, did you prep it properly? I'm guessing your using a Rotary, what pads are you using? How are you...

Gday. This is a returning customer, most of you will probably remember the thread I made for it when I first detailed it.. Well the car got turned into a complete wreck again, has been to heaps of panel shops, who washed it after they finished their work and must've used a bunch of dirty...

    Seeking clarity

for crystal clarity you'd actually be better off not applying any wax or sealent. your paint has the most clarity when its right off the buff from your finishing polish.. no wax will give you 100% clarity, even Royale.

Just got my PC 7424 Poorboy's and Pinnacle

Try orange with 2.5 and white with 1, black pad has no cut at all, so it probably isn't breaking down those abrasives enough in SSR1 to remove the marring that 2.5 has left behind.

    P21s Total Auto Wash Nightmare!!!!!!!

IMO you should blast off all the P21S so all the dirt that it has removed is off the surface leaving you a clearner surface to wash.

    P21s Total Auto Wash Nightmare!!!!!!!

May I ask why you were trying to use wax to remove waterspots? Unless your wax has abrasives in it I dont see why you would try wax..

    PC Combo ?

XMT and Menzerna are both good.. It's seriously your choice. You can use Menzerna polishes with a PC, that's fine. IP on Orange then FF on White should take care of it, depending on the scratches/swirls. Are you able to post pictures of your paint? Thanks 6LS2

    Fresh Paint

Yes you can use the 3M polishes with the PC.

Waxing by bare hand vs applicator

i strongly disagree. i think you use way more wax applying by hand then what you do with an applicator.

    Help a new guy out

Welcome to AGO :) Thought I'd answer your questions too seeing as I'm bored.. Machine polishing Vs Hand polishing - You will achieve a much better result with a machine. You will only be able to remove very very light scratches/swirls by hand, but with a machine you will be able to remove...
