    M105 Beginner Application

No I have not, which is why I wanted some pointers. I am going to be taking my time with it, but all the advice will help. Will have to look into that! Thanks! :props: As mentioned earlier I am going with the LC 5.5" Pads. They aren't terrible but they need some cut I think, I was going to...

    M105 Beginner Application

How's it goin guys, before I pull the trigger and place my big detailing order here I want to find out as much as I can about a few of the products on my list, mainly M105 and other LSPs. Just to give you a quick background on me and what I will be using these products for: Every since I had...

    Parking lot Wars

This! It is the most effective way to avoid and knicks or car dings. Either park as far away as possible or to the passenger side of a car at the end of the parking aisle. Make sure if possible that you can only have a car park next you on one side, thus decreasing your chances of dings 50%...

Is Ultimate Compound the better way to go?

This thread has me thinking of not going with the M105/205 combo. Though I hear its workability is harsh, I hear it offers great results. My question would be how much better is this product than others as compound polish and capabilities? Sorry, if I thread jacked. Kind of on point, may start...

    Quick Engine Bay Semi-Detail

Looks great, I used to use simply green APC. It has some bite to it for a OTC degreaser! Worked well when I used it. Though yours came out exceptionally well compared to mine.

    Meguiars D140 Wheel Brightener Dangers?

Seems like the same bottle Rubbermaid bottle uses! Which is a plus, they are pretty heavy duty compared to some. Autozone is next in line behind Rubbermaid

    Meguiars D140 Wheel Brightener Dangers?

Wow, always learning new things on here! I bought 5 Rubbermaid Heavy Duty 32 oz. sprayers today, one of which I plan on using with Meg's WB. I do plan on cleaning the sprayers regularly, but I guess it would be a bad idea to keep the WB in the spray bottle on shelf between uses? Or would it be...

    Meguiars D140 Wheel Brightener Dangers?

I understand your idea behind this, I would only use the WB on customer's cars or even my vehicles for that matter if it was only completely necessary. After reading this thread, I have received plenty of warning and plenty of good reviews. I have not received any reviews of anyone's wheels...

    Meguiars D140 Wheel Brightener Dangers?

Agreed, I will have to purchase me some gloves for this product! Another question related to this. I am buying a lot of gallon jugs of products and only the Meg's products come with labeled spray bottles. Any recommended spray bottles?

    Meguiars D140 Wheel Brightener Dangers?

Thanks for your advice and input! Much appreciated and will help in the future. I was planning on following the same approach, thanks! Great review! BMW brake dust is always tough, a friend of mine has the same issue with his wheels. May be the performance pads or clear coat which the brake...

    Meguiars D140 Wheel Brightener Dangers?

I appreciate the advice, I think to be on the safe side I will clean thoroughly with wash, then Optimum Power Clean, if all else fails I will hit the stubborn areas of the wheel with Meg's WB.

    Meguiars D140 Wheel Brightener Dangers?

How many wheels are really uncoated aluminum anyways, that is the only reason I am still leaning toward WB

    Meguiars D140 Wheel Brightener Dangers?

I plan on getting Meg's Wheel Brightener here in the next few weeks. From hearing it's tremendous cleaning abilities along with other positive reviews and recommendations, there are also warnings and others say it is too strong. I understand that it is a stronger product, which I think is key...

    Car covers

I also have interest in this subject. I have seen what a car cover can do first hand after going to look at a car that was under a cover for about a year and the paint was pretty beat up. The exterior had RIDS over the entire car especially the roof and spoiler. Was this because of neglect or is...
