Also make sure its not a harsh car soap you are using. I have the klasse twins on my van and my roof is still beading after 9 months!Ive purposely not touched it with anything else to test its durability.

Generally speaking you would not use a metal polish on clearcoated painted wheels .It will damage the clearcoat. I have noticed however some metal polishes now say they are ok for clearcoated wheels .News to me ,Ive never tried it and probably wont. Steel wool on painted wheels a def no- no!

Most of the Pruis Ive seen have super soft paint . Maybe Try a gentler touch or a blow dry instead. Personally I wouldnt trust a ONR for this kind soft paint . You could just go back to regular washes.

Gary if you should decide to have the rust repair make sure they actually cut the rust out and weld a new peice in. Otherwise the rust will return in a matter of a few months , unless it is just surface rust. Rust that has already eaten through the metal needs to be cut out and the metal...
