The megs w-64 is designed to use for self centering pads. It doesnt tell you this but ..... I bought this one by mistake but was able to unscrew the center peice with a pair of plyers and still use it.

You can use lexol cleaner for either. If you need something stronger you can use OPC (optimum power clean). Its fine for either also.
