    Counterweight PC?

Ok, basic ? from an oldie here... I am waiting on new 5.5 flats and HT LC pads to arrive this week! I have basically only used the Edge system since I got into this years ago. It has a counterweight that says for 6" pads only. To use my new pads, do I take off the counterweight or leave it on...

? about live broadcast, your reply...scratches

Hey Mike, I watched most of the episode Thursday night and it was informative, but not a good connection on my end so I missed quite a lot. Anyway, one guy asked you in the garage something along the lines of, "what about these scratches" in which you replied something like, "We aren't worried...

Product Review: Chemical Guys Blacklight/V07 Combo

Really wanting to try the combo. I'm more for durability these days though... What about BL topped with a sealer such as WG 3.0 and use the v7 for maintaining? Good plan? Or use a wax followed by v7?

    Wolfgang sealant or? BF maybe?

Thanks! Yep, ben looking at the BL/V7 combo as well. I've had UPP in the past, just prefer working with the Wolfgang better for some reason. Is the BF easy on/off as well?

    Wolfgang sealant or? BF maybe?

Ok, desperate need to order up fresh products. I've always loved working with the WG old formula sealant, but there are so many new ones on the market I'm clueless. The Blackfire looks interesting to me. I basically have a household full of black vehicles. I'll typically top with Souveran...

    Rate these swirls from 1-5

Reminds me of my sister's '68 Camaro, such a beautiful show car, but she uses a cheap buffer and the swirls are crazy. I turned her onto lots of excellent products which she now loves over her old Turtle stuff, but she won't listen to me about getting a new polisher and varying degrees of pads.

    Spray sealer over wax?

Good question... I prepped the new truck thinking "ultimate shine and wetness" with a glaze and Souv. Then temps reached 105 in Ohio with it sitting outside, so figured maybe use the quick spray sealer as another protectant in case the wax's life was cut short due to temps. Over thinking I...
