Yeah it's rough right now. My hours have been cut as well, and when I do work, I can tell it's a lot slower than it used to be. I got gas this morning for $4.29! Guess who's going to be riding his bike a lot more this summer! haha I'm curious to know about other detailers' businesses as well.

I bought it a week or two ago at $3.93. Got around 10 so $39.30 ish. gallons, Two days later it was $4.17 and now it's around $4.19. Trying to make this tank last as long as possible :(.

1. I've only done polishing on my test hood so far, but I've been able to clean them just fine with water and soup, not a dedicated pad cleaner. I'm sure it makes it easier though. You can use whatever product you're polishing with to prime the pad. So both things are nice, but probably not...

Mine was completely solid even after sitting at room temperature for a few days! Like embolism said, just shake it up and you should be fine. I did it without the hot water bath, took about 5 minutes.

Some really cool setups here! If I ever start a detail business I'll probably do all mobile at first. I'm getting some good ideas here. Our Fits have a surprising amount of room on the inside! More than anyone expects. I can't wait to see this one.

Our high in northern Indiana today is 38 :(. And over this past weekend it got around 15 at night. Thankfully the forecast says it'll be getting gradually warmer this week!

I remember as high as $5.50 a few years ago. It's never been $10 though. Maybe he didn't see the part where you said it'd go up to 10.

Did a quick conversion. It's $2.10 per liter, which is about $7.92 a gallon. I really hope it doesn't get that high here.
