Wow thanks for the advice everyone!! I'm glad there seems to be no problems with these machines and microfibers. Hopefully this thread helps others too, there's lots of good info here.

Re: Washing Microfibers in a High Efficiency Washer Haha yeah, our salesman had some horror stories about people who used regular detergent. Thanks for the advice RTexasF. I was worried the microfibers wouldn't be as clean since it uses so much less water. Technology is freaky haha.

So our washer broke down and we're probably getting a new HE washer. Has anyone had problems with the special HE detergent? Any special or different things you have to do to wash them?

Mine looks really bad. I used ONR on it two days ago, but we've had nonstop snow since then. There's probably about 8-10 inches on the ground outside, but that's northern Indiana for ya :rolleyes:. I didn't have time to do the tires last time though, so they look especially bad.

I haven't tried any Griot's products. This is a great chance for me to hopefully try some!
