Thanks for the reply. Well just for kicks I went and picked up a tin of Mother's Pure Brazilian Carnauba Paste Wax, not the cleaner one, the Pure one. Put it on after an IPA wipedown and then retried the Megs UQD. Still got the same effect only much less, so there is something to it reacting...

Problem has been driving me nuts for a long time so I decided to strip everything off the front facia and go one product at a time to see when/if I could duplicate an annoying thing on my paint. When my car is clean and I am wiping it with a microfiber towel, say after drying it or something...

Didn't read all the responses so don't know if my process has been mentioned but I kind of use a hybrid of 2BM, WW and RW. I start with RW in one bucket, then a clean water bucket, grit guards in both. Then I use a microfiber wash mitt just like I would using the 2BM only I prime the panels...

I have to say I just picked up a bottle of this and I have to say wow, I'm actually speechless. I tried 3 times to clean a tire with old dressing and brown staining to no avail with simple green. I sprayed this LA stuff on and literally the brown started running off, I couldn't believe it...
