When I bought the car I bought some Mother's polish for the tips. Now when I wash the car I wash the tips and wipe them down with a cotton diaper. Nope no pre-rinse needed. Yes, if there were going to be any issues you'd see it in black. I've used ONR twice now and I haven't experienced...
