    Very Frustrated w/Water Spots

Sprinkler systems are BRUTAL on paint. CarPro Spotless will have an effect on the surface spots, but not on the etching. That will require polishing.

    Any Meg's wax worth trying?

Meguiar's Gold Class Paste is pretty decent. I usually got around 1-2 months from it on a black Infiniti Q45 that was (at the time) always outdoors, and in the not-so-friendly environment of Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Good beading, nice slick finish, and a pretty good level of gloss.

    Menzerna FG400 or Meguiars 105?

AGREED! You can burn paint even with a PorterCable and foam pads on plastic panels\fenders\trim.

    Menzerna FG400 or Meguiars 105?

Agreed that M105 dusts a lot more. Here's a very in-depth comparison that's pretty awesome: Ultimate Compound Showdown: Meguiar's M105 vs. Menzerna FG400 - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums - Camaro5.com I have both, and couldn't tell you which one I reach for more...

    Pinnacle AFP vs. SF 4500

Opposite situation here - love SF4500, haven't used Pinnacle AFP. I typically use it on dark finishes, and it adds a serious level of pop as a second or third correction step. I typically follow FG400, or M105\D300 and M205 with it.

    Cleaning pads?

I make sure I have a bucket with either Dawn or Snappy Clean standing by. Pads go in there as they get too dirty\full of product and soak. I then drop them in the washer on a gentle cycle with All Free and Clear. This takes care of cleaning pretty much everything out of my pads other than...

    Buffer pads?

My recommendations would be one of the following for wax application: Lake Country Flat Pads - Black or Blue Lake Country Hydro-Tech - Crimson Lake Country CCS - Gold

    meguairs xtra cut mf pads

I use them occasionally as well - definitely have to be careful, since you have virtually no foam between the plate and the paint.

    What is Gtechniq?

I've discovered that for coatings, a more diffuse, wide source is better than a pinpoint source. I use two LED floods as well as a 1,000 watt halogen setup, and even with that I've missed some high-spots with CQuartzUK that I didn't see until I pulled the vehicles outside. I'm planning on...

    What is Gtechniq?

After I finish up my current stock of CquartzUK I'm seriously considering switching to C1\EXOv2.

    What would you have done...

I think you did pretty well with the limits you had. No need for compressed air with the MF pads - I actually prefer using a brush on them to air. FG400, Meguiar's D300, or maybe an M105\M205 mix would be some options too. On a black car they won't finish down nearly as well as a two or three...

A couple of marketing strategies that may only bug me.

I'm with you on this one. Being part-time, I don't do high volume by any means. Some months I might not do any vehicles, some months I might do five. But low-volume doens't mean less professional results. While I love CarPros products, I've also considered switching to either 22ple or Gtechniq...

My 2nd Tesla With Interesting One Step

That S looks awesome - great work! The only time I've had a problem with 4500 is when I get lazy and don't work it long enough. I love it on dark colors, though. Might have to give Reflect a try when I run out.

    Pressure washer-various uses (ideas?)

Soft pressure? Not sure what you mean. I use mine with the 40 degree tip for vehicles - works beautifully, especially with a foam cannon. As to being slow for concrete, it isn't at all. Is it as fast as a 3,300 PSI gas washer? Nope. Is it quiet, simpler to use, and less to go wrong? Yep.
