    7424xp on my harley

I would recommend 3" pads for a bike, with the 3" Lake Country backing plate. Here's a cruiser I did a few months ago: http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/show-n-shine/84487-2014-honda-fury-1300-motorcycle-3-stage-polish-cquartzuk.html

    Harley detail suggestions

Make sure NOT to use a pressure washer. I think coatings really are the way to go for bikes. They can get trashed so much more quickly than cages, so that extra sacrificial layer is great. I typically do CQuartzUK followed by Reload. Another vote for not using any type of dressing on the...

    Orbital’s For Dummies

Agreed on the door handles. A nice aggressive compound (Menzerna FG400, Meguiar's M105, etc.) and a microfiber or foam pad will make quick work of most of them.

Compound drying too fast on DA

M105 runs pretty dry to begin with. If I have difficulty removing it it's usually becuase I didn't work it long enough. I've found myself using Menzerna FG400 and Meguiar's D300 a lot more recently.
