I don't even really touch my paint unless I have a microfiber towel or my microfiber gloves on. Skin, even dry looking skin, leaves oil on the surface and I simply don't like it. That being said, don't touch my paint and you better not lean or sit on my car or it is "go time".

I bought a Fenix PD35 and really like it. Works in finding swirls very well and is an excellent flashlight. You can use a rechargeable battery too. It just stays in the glove box now.

I have used Meguiars OTC clay side by side with the Riccardo's and I prefer the Meguiars. It just seemed to remove more of the contaminants and did not leave a haze or scratches that I could see using a swirl finder type light. I think Riccardo's would be ideal for a lightly contaminated car.

This list is good although you will want to Iron X before claying the car.

I am looking into a Fenix PD35 which offers six different settings: 850 lumens 450 lumens 170 lumens 45 lumens 10 lumens strobe I wonder if the 450 is too high and the 170 is too low. Does anyone use the PD35 and if so could you provide some feedback?
