So your process was: Polish Filler glaze Sealant Another sealant/glaze Wax To me this looks like too many products. When you apply lots of products from different manufacturers you increase the chances of running into some type of incompatibility, which could be the cause of your strange oily...

I got a 2oz sample and the color is the same as in the jar pic, but i'd say the texture is a bit like runny snot... It's thin but has "elastic" properties. Also when the bottle is left sitting for a while it will separate in a white layer on top and a darker layer under, but it mixes right back...
