Waxing over vinyls, afraid to pull up

I just got this put on my truck. The guy that put it on warned what with all of the ragged edges microfiber towels may catch and pull it off. What do you guys think? How should I go about waxing it?

    Preparing paint for Decals

Tomorrow I am getting my tailgate tagged with some vinyls with my business info on them. I washed with ONR, then Clayed. What else should I do to prepare it to take the vinyls? (I would hate for them to fall off )

Crappy Wheels - What approach would you take?

I have been wanting to get them powder coated regardless of their nastiness. My only problems are cash and the fact that I would be wheel-less for a few days. Toyota Tundra - I think they are the same as the Sequoia though. I tried to clean them, for quite a while. Looks like their finish...

Crappy Wheels - What approach would you take?

These wheels are awful. No matter how hard I try I can't get them to look good. I've thought about getting the mothers powerball for wheels, but I'm not sure if that is the best option. Any opinions? Feed back please

Warrensburg Mobile Detailing - Headlight Restoration - 1996 Lexus ES 300

You might look into buying a small bottle of the polishing compound though. The pack it comes in is small and doesn't re-seal. It dries out pretty quick.

Waxing and Sealing a car with NO Clearcoat?

Someday I would like to get into painting, but I feel that day is far in my future. Would be nice though since I have been in school for design for two years. =P

Warrensburg Mobile Detailing - Headlight Restoration - 1996 Lexus ES 300

I took these pictures in hopes of selling this service to future clients. I used the 3M Headlight restoration kit. I have used it before and find that you can get 2-3 sets of headlights done with one kit. Before Before Before 50/50 50/50 50/50 Close-up After I also did an interior...

Anybody using Square to take credit cards?

I was unlucky enough to have been rejected by square. I have heard that it is quite common to have some sort of mess-up and they will reject your ability to use their service. I was told to just reapply with a different e-mail address. It worked! Sadly though, I broke my iphone yesterday...

    Headliner Cleaning

I had a friend come to me after accidentally spraying Coke all over his headliner. There was also some pre-existing dirt and such. First, I vaccumed to get the big stuff. Then a light spray of Meg's APC+ at 10:1. Then I patted it with a towel. Repeated that a few times, then vacuumed...

Marketing Bullet Points – Your Input Please.

I'm just starting out detailing. I have done door to door marketing with a flier and business cards. It seems to have some effect, not a great one though. Maybe more if you offer a discount if they schedule on the spot? I also always have a few business cards on hand when I am going around...
