I spent most of the day today going to businesses around town to talk to owners/workers as well as to leave a few business cards on their desk. I'm also planning to go door to door in my neighborhood on Saturday. How do you guys market your business?

As a former graphic designer I would have to say, simplicity is important here. In most situations your logo will be much smaller than it is on the computer screen here. The intricate details in the lettering will not be seen (and with lower quality prints may actually look blurry or smudged)...

I use oznium.com for most of my auto lights. They have some waterproof LED strips.

I did some asking around. The way I am set up right now isn't going to be too much of a problem. I will only need to file taxes for my business once a year. If everything goes well over the next 6-8 months though... I might upgrade a bit.
