You can do an unspoken guarantee. Renny Doyle talks about the follow up call to make sure everything is as the customer expected. You can address any issues at that time. But, you avoid having people take advantage of the guarantee.

That's a good idea. It would be cool if we could do something like "sponsored by" tips where we could get different tips from different detailers from this site and others. For each article, we could place a link to the website of the author too. What way, you could have different ideas and tips.

Thanks! I don't think we'd do much payment integration, the data management side is a huge pain anyway. There are ways to be able to access a url (ie: your square payment console) from within the apps, so that's primarily what I was thinking, more of an ability to get to it easier than going...
