PO85RD3.02 has been shortened to PO83. They are nothing alike. PO83 is a heavy swirl remover "Super Intensive Polish". I think Menz's primary market focus (production line OEM) does not lend to consumer-friendly product names/numbers.

Without too much grunge, a small brush like that should work. I found that the APC works much better with some brush agitation compared to much higher strengths APC without. Then when it get's close to the ground (so you don't scrape your knuckles), I switch to holding the brush on one end...
