    Mobile Van still in progress!

Yep, your exactly right. But I'll tell ya, I tried that method last year on a few cars and it worked well. However, just for SIG's, one day when I had two vehicles at the same location, I did one like this and on the other I added the second bucket and there were noticeable differences, not only...

The Official How Much Water Do You Use Thread Start to Finish

Lol, I just finished washing 6 vehicles, all sedans in fair condition. When I leftvtgr house this morning, I had 100g in my tank and now it's just below 40g. So I'm guessing I'm right @ 10 a car from start to finish.

Yep, the more and more I thought about it, there's no way you can use a two bucket method and get away with using any less.

now a firm believer in two bucket/gritgaurd

Hell, idk know how to measure it accuately either. But I do know that I fill my wheel bucket with approx. 2 gallons, I fill my two buckets with about 2-3 gallon each. Now as far as the initial rinse and final rinse, I'm guessing I use approx. 1.5 gallon for each. The only reason I'm asking is...

now a firm believer in two bucket/gritgaurd

Thanks for the response buddy. I'm actually referring to total h2o use from start to finish. Initial rinse, wheels/tires, two buckets and final rinse. Just curious....

now a firm believer in two bucket/gritgaurd

What's happening My Man? I too use the two bucket wash method with a third for tires. I'm just curious to know approximately how much h2o you use in this process. Some people seem to think that 8 gallons is way extreme... Again like I said earlier, I'm just curious to know how much o2 people...

    Mobile Van still in progress!

But, in all fairness, depending on the condition of the wheels and tires I'm dealing with, I can sometimes use the same batch if water to clean 2-3 vehicles..

    Mobile Van still in progress!

Well, idk man... If you think about it. I always start with the wheels and tires first. I do have a designated bucket for this process also which is 5g of which I probably only use 2 gallons. Thorough rinse maybe 1-1.5 gallons. Foam cannon approx. 1 gallon. Two bucket wash, each filled with...

    Mobile Van still in progress!

I started off this year with a 55 gallon tank and depending on the condition of the vehicles, I could wash 5-8 cars. I use a foam gun and two bucket wash method using approximately 8 gallons a car. It worked well until march, when I started getting calls to wash 10-15 a day. Bottom line, if you...
