could be the server, the other site i frequent has had to switch servers a few times because of similar kinds of issues.

i agree that your supposed to start with a less aggressive polish first but how are you saving the clearcoat at all? those scratches are going to have to be leveled off one way or another, are you really afraid of the PC tkaing off that much clear? i just dont think that its really an issue in...

nah i dont wanna take other work ... like i said my brother did the actual painting, but he's usually out of town so finding time for him to do it would be slim. he was supposed to do this in december, ive had the unpainted front bumper in my garage for like 4 or 5 months now.

well i actually let my brother do the spraying, he has experience where i do not! well lets see i guess when we pulled the rear bumper off and started wetsanding it was like around 2? and i think we finished at say 8? but there was a lot of downtime in the middle as well....

well i came home from work and my brother had installed the bumpers and lights already! i think it looks really good, ill try to find old pictures for comparison but some of you may have seen it at DF, the front bumper was trashed and the rear bumper was half white/ half grey

ok well i posted this a few days ago on another site and just copy pasted the thread painted my stock rear bumper because....well check my sig. see the big grey piece, yea thats ugly. also painted the M3 front bumper because a coon took out my stock one months ago! humidity was only 30 %...

ill be completely honest, its not worth it.... is there any major flaws? because to get a high quality job will be thousands of dollars, id just pull the bumpers and have them sprayed but not the full car

is the PC really that expensive? i know before i bought mine i was thinking its not worth it to have amachine to just apply wax but after i got it and started using it correctly, it is really not an expensive piece of machinery. it does so much more than i could have thought possible since...

many people say they can polish a car via rotary in an hour or so instead of the full day it takes with a PC. say you spend 5 minutes working a panel with a PC, its about 30seconds to a minute with a rotary.
