    Fuzion Paste melting point?

One option is to try leaving it in the sun? I wouldn't mess with such a pricey wax and risk losing some.

    Question on detailing finishing product

So the issue is you may park your car and return several hours later, with it baking in the sun. Or be at work or leave it parked long term at airport or street. Average Joe won't remove the bird poop until they feel like it.

Paint correction on 197? Pontiac Firebird - Protecting Hood Artwork (Paint flaking)

I'll tell you what, I'd definitely use Mike Phillips inspection firm. You can find it here on the forum, unless you use one. Before you touch the car I would have him provide you the vehicle so you can do it in depth overview, mark all damage and trouble areas and photograph them. Is it...

    Griots 3-1 Cermaic wax

Sorry to clarify this is with Gyeon Cancoat on my car. For what it's worth I'm currently at 6 months and seems to be doing well. In Midwest with snow and salt, garaged otherwise, been through multiple touchless brushless washes. Ive washed with ech2o as a rinseless. I ran out of N914 and just...

17 Rinseless Washes Reviewed: pictures, charts, smell tests, and pseudo-science

Was due for some N914, picked up some Gloss Shop sublime express. Had heard good things and based on your review. N914 always allowed me to concentrate it more and use for a very grimey car. Then dry with Ech2o, without the streaking.

My new headlamp clearing routine for cloudy lenses

Sounds good! Love to see some photos. I'd definitely add some UV headlight clear. AG used to sell but don't see them anymore. This will allow them to last way longer.

    IK foamer 12 worth it?

I actually have plenty of Ryobi batteries too, so you're throwing me for a loop haha. I guess the Foam is overrated for rinseless and not really needed. I've gone this many years without it lol

17 Rinseless Washes Reviewed: pictures, charts, smell tests, and pseudo-science

Thank you very much for doing this. One thing to add is some of these have dilution ratios to use as paint prep (N914 and Gloss shop)

    Down the detailing rabbit hole.

I feel you on this. I'm trying to avoid it now by washing my coated car with a ceramic infused wash (ech2o) and misting with a ceramic QD. Nothing worse when I fully detail the car and all the sudden unpredicted rain or snow occur. I cancel plans to avoid driving my freshly detailed car lol...

    IK foamer 12 worth it?

I don't mind spending the coin, I've moved away from buy flavor of the month products LOL I'm trying to consolidate my Arsenal I still have a lot of things but. If there's one thing I always do it's a rinseless wash I don't mind buying a trump once and not having to buy it again. I do know...

    IK foamer 12 worth it?

I've been on the fence with getting a sprayer or foamer. I exclusively will do rinseless and waterless washes due to no hose and living in an apartment. I currently will fill multiple spray bottles with my solution (use N914 or Ech2o), one bucket with solution and multiple MF towels in the...

Anyone switch to the ONE-bucket method?

I spray wheels with my rinseless solution in spray bottle and use one of my dedicated wheel mf towels soaked in solution plus wheel woolies. Even the tough brake dust from my Brembos comes right off. Along with these brushes if needed Speed Master Wheel Brush I'll agitate tires with a tire...

Anyone switch to the ONE-bucket method?

I use the one bucket and keep a bunch of my wash mitts and microfibers in the solution. I use one per panel and move on, it makes for more laundry. But I launder all my wash so doesn't matter. If the car isn't too dirty then I'll just use a bunch of microfibers and spray each panel with solution...

    Chicagoland Geeks...Detailing event

Oh wow that's an amazing concept! The washbays, I don't care for the influencers. I can't stand some of the shills listed lol. I'm out of town and would stop by otherwise. My newest car had the factory installed swill option. I can't park anywhere near Kalsse Act and his perfect ride lol Not...
