Yes. But that is to be expected with any sealant or wax because those are the surfaces taking the brunt of mother nature the most. However, Powerlock is one of the most, if not the most, durable sealants I have used.

Spread 105 on a low speed and then with the lightest mist setting you can have with a spray nozzle squeeze one time holding the nozzle about 8-10 inches away. Main idea is to not spray it all in one spot. Play with the idea and tune it to your liking.

Always try and work in the shade. As someone who can rarely get a garage to work out of I have learned that hot paint and some products just don't work together. Good luck though. I am in for answers at least.
