Lol, No I named it "The Grape" These Volvo's are tanks! Those volve's age very well. I've rode in many 5 year old cars that drove/felt much worse than "the grape" I'd buy another one in a second (maybe with the turbo this time)

Thanks! I think removing the pin stripe did a lot! I didn't keep it too long, the turbo lag was awful and it was a "just after GM" purchased Saab and it was starting to nickle and dime me to death, lol

I thought the same thing, always wished it was black!! lol. This was bullet proof. I put another 20k on it and sold it for what I paid. The bed was getting a bit rusty, but it never had a motor issue at all, I'll look for the top gear vid!

The plastic bag is covering the the carb. We had to pull the carb apart to get the old gas out.

Thanks for all the kind words! I used a magic eraser with very light pressure and a lot of rubbing. I'd suggest doing a small area first to see if it works. This bike had only surface rust spots, no real rotting.
