Menzerna SIP, yellow LC polishing pad and 15 minutes! Going after the survivor vs resto on this particular sled. Paint was thin and the fiberglass is old (70's) but I think it came out great! Especially for 15 minutes of work!

I've NEVER been a fan of Subaru paint. I had an 09 Legacy (obsidian Black Pearl) that I could correct to perfection and a quick IPA/quick detail spray would put marring and swirls in it. It was the only disappointing thing about the car (ran amazing, never had a single issue in 65k miles)...

The more I read about Rupes as a company, the more I friggin love this company! Awesome! I'm barely over the mind blowing performance of my Rupes 21!

I went back and forth with the Rupes and the Flex as well. I must have looked at hundreds of comparisons and YouTube vids. It's a tough decision. I found more reviews claiming the Rupes was the future, changed the standard, fastest correction machine, etc. so I just went for it. I like new...

I agree, I can't let go of my PC, it was my first real buffer, lol. The Griots if definitely gone. As for the Ghost Rider, I don't know what that is? Do tell!

Totally! There's no reason to apply that much pressure on a flat panel?! I hate it when a product gets wrongly reviewed because the reviewer isn't using it properly, lol. Here's the vid that made me want the Rupes and it compares it directly to the Griots...

I think someone is pushing down WAY too hard. Let the machine do the work! Let up on the pressure. Not once did I bog down the machine and I corrected my entire car in one quick pass (instead of the 2 or more it would take me with my PC or GC). It's like someone that can't drive a stick shift...

You clearly haven't used the Rupes 21 much OR properly if you think it's best for light corrections.
