yeah, you have to keep it moving. 6-12" a second or more. watching out for the edges of panels is a big concern also because the edge concentrates the heat.

you should've used sped 6 for the 85rd. it's a polish, albeit a very fine one. it needs the speed to work properly. @ speed 1.5, it didnt do anything. as for the deeper stuff, let it be. no use in thining your clearcoat unnecessarily.
