    DP Glass Restorer

glass restorer is also great for taking shoe polish off the window if you buy it from a dealership that was advertising on the car or when you don't want mommy and daddy to know you went to the drag strip the previous night *whistles*

    Cobra Buffing bonnets

it's probably because of the terry bonnet. I've never liked terry cloth for this reason. 100% MF for my baby's finish.

    Finally, some relief!

congrats! what you saw is known as hazing. It's a common occurence when using harsher polishes and compounds. It's cure is to follow up with a light polish; exactly what you did.

PC foam pads - how long lasts?

my lake country and excel detail pads wear about the same. cutting pads last ~10 full details, polishing pads last for ~30 full details, finishing pads i haven't worn out, I just throw them away when the product their holding can't come out anymore. That's for large pads. Smaller ones don't...

How to properly dry a car with a towel?

I like using a leaf blower. waffle weaves are not as soft as a good plush QD towel is. I'd rather blow the water off and QD the paint than wipe off with a WW towel. Besides, leaf blowers let you get all the water that will eventualy drip out out of the cracks and stuff.

    Killr Dead on about Menzerna

if you get the chance to get some PO85rd, I do believe your favorite will change there scooter ;) po85rd applied via a finishing pad leaves a finish that you don't even want to put an LSP on because it looks so perfect.

    Pinstripes and the PC?

I polish/clean/liquid wax over my mom's beetle's vinyl pinstripes all the time and i'd have zero problems. Well, product does get caught along the edge, but take a rubber crevice tool that I got @ autozone and that's cleaned right up.

    In honor of the ....

that's an issue... my favorite use would probably be for engine detailing. The foam gun lets me get cleaner into each and every corner and crevice making cleaning a breeze :D
