I have used the cyan pads plenty of times on hard paint. Have yet to use them on soft paint though... But my dad's VW loved how they performed. I haven't had any issues with durability.. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk

I think you're missing my intent here a little bit. I agree that it's cheap but I'm not doing this to save money. At the same time I never enjoy dumping out perfectly good product either! I am asking if anyone thinks this is good practice in terms of providing more wash solution to the surface...

I believe the question to really ask is how do I remove the swirls and make them not come back again. Your clear coat isn't too thick and will only take so many corrections before getting to an unsafe point. That being said, I see no harm in using a polish annually to remove any light marring...

Thanks for the feedback guys. I mainly do this because I feel that it helps provide lubrication.. I don't do it to save money but to hopefully save some potential marring. I've seen videos where people will splash the wash from their bucket onto the towel and I just thought wouldn't spraying...
