It's been about 45 in my (unheated) garage. Outside temp is around 35. But I just checked the weather report for this weekend, it's going to be warmer, nudging into the 50s, but wet. Good idea - I'll wait longer between coats, if it's below 50s. And I'm thinking they're really just winter...

8oz per gallon for WW? That's QD strength. I'd use that for very light dust, presoak before a rinseless or spot cleaning. Nothing close to a WW. But that's just me. To the OP, use your best judgment.

I wouldn't use it as a waterless. ONR was designed for specific dilution ratios, none of which is for a waterless wash. I've tried it at stronger than recommended ratio for QD purposes but had streaks. If you want to stay within the ONR family, Optimum makes a separate waterless product.

For those that just coated their tires, what was the ambient temp? I'll be swapping in my winters this weekend and thinking of coating them but the temps here have been hovering at the 40s. What do you guys think?

Well I can answer with personal experience. I've been using WDGPS 3.0 annually on 2 cars for the past 7 years, following manufacturer's instructions to the letter (let dry for at least 45 minutes, then buff, then let cure for at least 24 hours with zero moisture before topping with wax - if so...

Yup, similar to what I do in the winter. Except I use my 2-gal Gilmour tank sprayer to spray a waterless solution (currently UWW+ until I use it all up) onto a panel before going at it with ONR rinseless. Here in the Seattle area, winters hover around freezing temps so I can do rinseless...

I can only speak for myself. I don't get upset by swirls in my doorjambs for one reason and one reason only: I DON'T LOOK for swirls in my door jambs!! I keep them clean and free of gunk, but that's about it. But then again, I've got daily drivers.

My garage never goes below 45, I find, even in the middle of winter. So I leave everything in the garage except my tubs of Fuzion and Souveran and a few boxes of Riccardo clay. Doesn't seem to hurt them year in and year out.
