I just use 303 on mine, they've never gotten"dirty" to the point where a true cleaner or APC was necessary beyond a wipe with a rag dampened with 303.

If I catch them right away, just any QD (I mostly use Poorboy's S&W, FK-425, or some ONR mixed properly) but if they've sat more than a couple of hours I use Poorboy's Bug Squash.

I buy all my stuff from AG. I'm fortunate enough to drive by them every day to work.

Duragloss makes a product specifically for those black streaks. Maybe you can refer your customer to it and be his hero for his use in between full details.

I usually do about a 5:1 ratio (about 25 oz water, and 5 oz ARO) in a quart size sprayer. Works well for just about everything, but I mostly use for cleaning sidewalls on my tires.
