Thanks for the replies! I'm using a DAT polish called Pristine Finishes, I would compare it to fg400. Also I'm using a rupes 15. I prefer using dat polishes but I will try out some smat today and see if that helps

I don't think I could ever wear a batman polishing belt. My polishing cart is an arm reach away at all times :p

Absolutely! It's going above and beyond that can separate you from the guy down the street. However I always mention when the customer picks it up what I've done extra because I value their business. Not in a suck up, or guilt trip kind of way. If spending 20 minutes extra at the end of the day...
