    Review: CG InnerClean

Just started using it not too long ago but so far I really like it. Darkens nicely and leaves a nice satin finish.

2009 Civic Si 4 door - Redline Orange Pearl

Nice work on that Civic. I'll always have a soft spot for my old '02 Si...that old girl got me through a lot. Enjoy the new ride

2 basic questions: Glass cleaning and wax on plastic

I've used Stoner's with different microfibers and even paper towels with no streaking. Are you sure the streaks are on the outside? Last time I had a streaky/cloudy windshield, I cleaned it three times with no luck. It wasn't until I cleaned the inside that my issue went away ;)

    Review: CG InnerClean

Nice review. I've been using this for about 6 months now and I would have to agree with all of your points. I found it good for light cleaning but not very efficient in the "shoe contact zone", where a diluted APC was better. If you have a vehicle with leather, then this product doesn't really...

    2014 RDX Detail...first show n shine

Thanks! hard to comment on the paint being easy/hard hard to work with as I didn't do any correction. I've heard Acura is generally on the softer side though. I was uber careful claying and didn't notice any negative impact on the paint.

    2014 RDX Detail...first show n shine

I picked up my 2014 RDX back in December and didn't have the time or temperatures to do a good detail on it, just a quick coat of wax to get by until warmer weather. Between having our first baby in Feb and the March, April AND May snowfalls, I haven't had much time to detail the new ride...

CarPro PERL how do YOU apply it?

Pretty much do the same thing. 4oz finger tip spray bottle, quick spritz around the tire and then I work it in with a cheap dollar store sponge. I like to go around once, work it in and move on to the other tires. Then come back for a second application. This leaves the tire a little darker and...

    Tire Dressing Chart

That's a nice chart! Just keep in mind that some products, PERL for example, are cut 1:1 for tires, so the price goes down. Though you really want two coats to bump up the durability, which would negate that dilution savings I guess :)

    Under carrage salt removal

Krown is most definitely worth it. When I lived in Southern Ontario, the amount of salt that caked my car during the winter was ridiculous. I took my car to Krown before every winter from the time I bought the car (new). It was ~$120 for a treatment. When I moved to Alberta, most mechanics can...

Look at your own risk!!!!! My worst nightmare realized!

When I was flying ultralights, I used to rent hangar space in an open quonset and the damn birds would crap all over the wing. I tried putting a fake owl in there and it worked...for about 2 weeks. Those smart feathery buggers figure out that it doesn't move pretty quick :( I'm happy my cars...

    1998 Civic Paint Correction (Newbie)

Nice work! I'm going through the same process on my wife's DD and the paint looks almost the same as your before pics. Just did a test spot over the weekend with UC/UP and I'd agree that while it removed the swirls, most of the deeper RIDS are definitely more noticeable now. I may try to lose a...

Progress being made on my brand new 2014 Mirage

Weather techs are excellent, spendy, but worth it! I like how the edges are turned up about an inch, keeping water in the mat and carpets extra clean.
