So what would you guys say to a Mixture of 1 oz Megs GC Wash, 1 oz DP wash, and 1oz Megs QD and the rest water? All of those seem to be filled with lubricants.

Thanks for all those suggestions, but I need to wait for my next order to get 4in1, and as far as foam guns go, I am probably going to try the Lowes kind for fertilizer lol Its either a concoction of Megs wash, megs qd, DP wash, and water, or just megs qd.

I usually us Megs QD for clay lube, but it gets a bit expensive when 10 bux of QD only lasts for 2-3 cars. Can I use Megs Gold Car wash or DP car wash and diluted it with water by a certain ration? I also want to be safe, so if those arent options, Ill stick to the megs qd. Thanks.

Any tips on using it? Maybe I didnt apply it right, or something? Would it matter that I applied WGDGS over the glaze on the following day? (car was in garage the whole time)

Ok, I was just making sure, becuase the bottle says that you can spray it on a wet car and dry + spread the wax at the same time. I was thinking about just dragging my guzzler across the car to get most of the water, and then AW.

Could you PM me a link, Surfer? I just picked up some DG AquaWax and Megs #26. Is it better to use AW when wet, or dry, and with waffle weave or regular mf? Does AW have a cure time or can I slap some #26 on there right away?

Also, whats a nice OTC wax that I can top WG sealant with? Megs Yellow wax? I forgot to order maxwax when I ordered from AG

CG? Do those work with WG sealant, and are they sold at Autogeek? THe WG glaze didnt really add anything to the paint IMO No wetness, no depth, little shine.... If not a glaze then, what can I use to hide the minor swirls that that car came with? Zymol cleaner wax thats sold OTC?

I am looking for a glaze, preferably OTC, that works with the WGDGS. The WG GLaze isnt quite doing it for me, and seems like a finishing polish type of product. I guess OTC glazes would be 3M hand glaze, and the Meg's glazes. Also, would a glaze be effective at hiding swirls if it is applies on...

Alot of people have said that scratchX is really abrasive, and I would rather start with something light like PB SSR1. Using a cutting pad on the PP wouldnt help me with the job?

What do you guys think about using the Polishin Pal with the yellow or orange pad with SSR1? Are the pads too aggressive, is the SSR1 not aggressive enough? Thanks.

What is RMG? R....? Maching Glaze? Is the PB SSR1 and 2 worth doing by hand? Anyone else have comments on ScratchX? I heard that it takes alot of work, but it works good. From the pictures, how bad does it look? I dont think its too bad, but what do I know

I have some dealer installed swirls my 2 month old 06 gto, and I need to get rid of them the next time I wax the car. I would be doing the work by hand, and was thinking either ScratchX or Poorboy's SSR1 Light Abrasive Swirl Remover 16 oz. Here are some pics to show the condition...

I finally finished up the car from working on it like 10 hrs. It's very shiny, but there was not sun out! Process- Wash with meg's gold DP Wheel cleaner on wheels/tires/wheel wells Mother's clay Washed with DP wash Meg's Qd to help with water spots (it was sunny and water dried fast)...

Thanks for the replies guys. I washed the GTO today, and I got water spots on places where the water evaporated the fastest (ie- trunk and roof). I thought they would be gone after using meg's qd on the whole car. I was wrong, and noticed the spots after I have started glazing and sealing it. Oh...
