Paste for me! IMO it's easier to get an even coat and less wastage, since applicators would easily absorb liquid waxes. :)

I've tried the Natty's blue paste wax. I love it, it's probably the best bang for your buck carnauba wax. I would love to try Natty's red, Pina Colada and Trim Restorer. :)
