Lets see, Avenge, I am disappointed that even with the new adapters not failing you still are switching lines. I really don't know why your adapter failed but it has been very rare that one fails, and even if it does, they are guaranteed for life and I think we have shown we do make good on that...

HI Guys, I just want to add that we make velcro pads as well that are second to none. We do feel now that velcro is obsolete as a technology in buffing pads because you really need the pads to be centered in order to work properly, but LC has nothing on us because we have the same exact foams...

I don't really know, (pics would help here) but the pad is foam and will wear. If it tears out completely and you think its not safe, first switch sides. If it seems to be a defect the pad, send it back and we will inspect and replace if needed.
