You should do a 2 layers of the hard double wax and top it with a soft layer of orange crush or purple haze. Make sure you prep it first with a polish, and use the products sparingly. No sense in wasting a good product by putting it on too thick.

It's kinda unfair to compare DJ to other competitors by price alone. Personally I think the price is totally worth it. I don't mind buying 100$ worth of wax to keep my new car looking new. If a 200ml jar of wax will do 25 coats over the course of 3 years, that's fine IMO.
