NEWEST form of exercise...Compounding the upper sides of an oxidized RV. 6' up a ladder. Flex SupaBEAST trying to "dance" me off the ladder. That's a core workout. Especially at 67 years of experience. Never got pulled all the way off the ladder, but came close!

Sent you a picture that sort of shows the glossy gel coat. I really didn't take any before/after pics. The RV is kept under a Kool Kover awning so I can't just go out and take pics. I'm EXTREMELY satisfied with how it turned out. Might look better now than it did in 2002 when I bought it new.

Mike teaches that "walking" is due to not holding the pad/machine flat. Concentrate on keeping it flat to the surface. It makes all the difference.
