Try the 3M Eraser, I believe Autogeek carries them, if not your local auto parts store probably does. It uses a drill, but safely removes stickers, pin striping, and graphics on top of the clear coat.

I'm a fan of the Pinnacle Leather Conditioner. Apply with applicator pad, and buff excess off with a microfiber. As far as a cleaner, utilize a mild degreaser, or leather specific cleaner prior to conditioning. Also I'm a fan of the new car smell the leather conditioner leaves in the car...
