    Portable air compressor

What size power converter and are you running it off of just the one vehicle battery? Air compressors are real power hogs on start up. My generator will run both my mytee hp100 and my steamer together with no issues but can not run the air compressor.

    Minimizing dust while working

New pad after each panel and throw the used one in the soak bucket. I clean them all outside after the jobs done. No issue with dusting.

    Incredibly Cheap Finds

Tried my local CQ today and they too are full price for Duragloss. They said that they are independently owned so they don't offer the same sales as the rest of the stores.

    Portable air compressor

What size generator are you running or are you using the customers power? I tried to run my Ingersol Rand 30 gal off of my 3200 W generator using the 30 amp RV plug with a adapter. I want a smaller compressor but the ones that are suitable for running a tornador all seem to be around the same...

    Snow Removal

I also clear from the windows and leave it on the vehicle. We don't go fast enough around here to have a issue with it flying off. Im curious as to how the metro blaster would work on clearing it off. Anyone ever try it?

    Dealership Coating Contract

I worked a different angle and while I don't get the cars until after the dealership has their way with them it hasn't been that bad. Minor correction if any. I offered to coat the salesmen's car at a discount. I've done several from different dealerships and they all tell their customers about...

    Microfiber care before wash?

I agree with roguegeek I have some towels that are over a year old that still feel and look like new. Soaking them for a few days hasn't had a negitive impact on them.

    Microfiber care before wash?

I soak mine throughout the week and wash them all on the weekends. I use a couple squirts of 3D microfiber cleaner and water in a trash can. No issues with doing it this way.

    Show us your RIG

I use a 7x14 trailer. I got a good deal on it. I service 2 towns and a military base so I haven't had a issue with it being too large. I love having the space to keep everything organized and readily available. If I was in a bigger city I would want to downsize due to traffic and confined parking.

I had a few act up or stop spraying all together. I've had good luck with hot water soaks bringing them back to normal.

Your forum nickname? What does it mean?

From when I was racing mountain bikes. I was 10 years older than the guys I rode with. They always said I climbed like a goat. One race I got muddy and somebody called me muddy old goat.

Lesser of 2 Evils...FL Sun OR Birds?

I would choose the sun. On top of bird droppings and sap you should also worry about heavier things that may fall on your car. Especially if squirrels are in the tree.

    New Car Smell

:iagree: I used other scents from CG. They have all been overly strong at first and then gone in a matter of days.
