Big "A" Detailing Polishing Dinan Exhaust Mufflers for a E39 BMW M5

Good work. I do something similar to my mufflers every few years as cleaning them off of the car is far easier than polishing to tips while in the car.

    Correction on Moms Toyota Tazz

Looks wonderful. I love taking care of my parents vehicles but I haven't dedicated the effort or time to do what you have done there. Great job.

07 Honda CRV - NBP - major correction - Pinnacle Auto Detail - CT

Killer 50/50's. Pictures like that are sure to convince the next customer to spend a "little" more and go for the correction.

Removing some scratches on my winter beater

Soon your "beater" will look nicer than most of the cars on the road. Good work especially considering that you didn't even use a heavy cut compound. :xyxthumbs:

Giveaway! Enter to WIN a 32 inch TV!

Pinnacle Liquid Souveran car wax: So easy to apply and remove. Incredible shine and slickness that lasts and lasts, very durable for a liquid wax. This is one that is if I had to start my detailing collection from scratch, would be one of the few things on my shelf. Wolfgang Uber compound: very...

Detailing stuff your buying on Black Friday (not from AG)

I picked up two of these last year on Black Friday and I use them all of the time. It is of very nice quality. A good alternative to the more expensive Werner platform.

    Incredibly Cheap Finds

I have hit numerous local Targets with no luck yet. Last year I scored a good sized supply of Meguiars UQW and gave it out as gifts to friends and family. I hate to see a good car go unprotected.

    Mazda Clear Coats Too Thin???

First, great choice in vehicles! Mazda has a history of trying to keep weight and cost down on their vehicles and one way they do that it through using "less" paint on their cars. A few pounds shaved and dollars saved here and there can really add up over the course of a complete vehicle...

    Cq uk (reload)

You only need the Reload if the car has a chance of getting wet. If it is garaged then you will be OK without it. I applied CQ UK two weeks ago and used an IPA wipedown instead of eraser.

    Trucks

Great work. I would also pay top dollar for a 90's F150 in that condition. They are already classics. I am blown away looking at that '97 and recognizing how far the auto industry has come in less than 20 years. Granted, that vehicle was showing its age by the late 90's, but take a look at...

    Trading my 2013 Toyota Rav4 ltd for a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L V6 ---- Thoughts????

You'll be much happier in the Accord. My wife was in need of a new car and over the last few months I test drove everything, and I honestly can say that IMO the Accord is the nicest car for the money. She went with a white EX-L 4 cyl. This coming from a person who has driven only Ford's for...

Non-Pro Coating Comparison Discussion: Which is the best coating available to NON-professionals?

I just used CQuartz UK and it was the first time that I have used a coating. I thought it was very easy to use and the gloss is great. The 30ml bottle allowed two coats on my SUV.

    In praise of Sonax BSD

I actually gave bottles of Sonax BSD to my parents and siblings as I know they rarely wax their vehicles, and with it's ease of use they do not have an excuse to leave their paint unprotected. They all love using it.

Looks like the beginning of clear coat failure.

    Last minute coating prep questions

After spending the last 3 days completing a full correction on my newly aquired obsidian black '09 Lexus RX, I am finally preparing to apply CQuartz UK. The last step completed was a final polishing with Wolfgang Finsihing Glaze. My concern comes around the dusting that has currently settled...

    Incredibly Cheap Finds

I purchased both in my local store. I searched online as well simply for the pictures to make the posting, but did not see them there either.

    Incredibly Cheap Finds

Costco has a few good deals on lighting that I pickup on Thursday. First is a 2000 Lumen Snap-on LED work light (I could only find pictures of the 1600 lumen packaging.) I used this on the correction that I started last night on my newly acquired obsidian black 2009 Lexus RX and I almost cried...
