    PC White Pad

I used it for polishing glass (with some Detailer's Pro Glass Restorer)... it was my first time using the PC and I wanted to give it a test run on something I knew I couldn't mess up ;)

    Search Function not working

Worked for me as well. Usually when it wants you to enter a key, it's because you aren't signed in... but you obviously are, because you made a thread about it.

My Wife Put My MF Towels In The Dryer

I'm still slowly building my MF collection. I've got a number of different ones, but picked up a 12-pack of the Mango MF towels about a month ago. I separate all of my MF towels into a separate bag at our laundry basket. My wife found 2 of the Mangos mixed in with the clothes; still not sure how...

Brand new and have a 'what pads' question

I thought they were different, but looking at the 5.5" flat pads here and the 6.5" flat pads here... neither of those pages mention the red pads at all. Since you mentioned it... I just found them in the CCS line, which explains why I hadn't seen them before - because I've never really looked...

    Gift certificates?

I offer them for my business (non-detailing). I designed the GC myself and print it out on presentation paper or similar (heavy weight) for local customers or will email it out as a PDF and/or jpeg for online customers. The GCs I offer have the customers name printed on them; they are not...

    Your website platform

I actually used one of the default themes, and made some slight adjustments via a child theme. When you view the main pages of my site, it doesn't look like a blog or a portfolio... For those who are interested in using Wordpress and want to make some changes, the use of a child theme is...

    Your website platform

I have one, but not for detailing... I use Wordpress, with a custom [child] theme that I made myself. Many people don't realize that Wordpress is not only for blogging, but also has the ability to use standard static pages as well.

I use one of the foam guns with a hose. I love the results I get, especially when using something like Detailer's Xtreme Foam.

bad luck with the micro chenille mitts

+1. I'm a member of a number of forums, and this is the first one I've seen that has this feature enabled. Anyhow, regarding the OP, I started using my mitts without placing my hand inside of them.

Scholl Concepts Rim 7 Wheel Cleaner in Action!

When you use this product, is it recommended to tape off the wheel weights (if possible)? The reason I ask is that there was a green (IIRC) coloration that became visible around my weights when I was cleaning my barrels.

Brand new and have a 'what pads' question

When you refer to the flat pads and mention red ones... are you referring to 'crimson' ones? The reason I ask is that I've seen the mention of them (flat red pads) a number of times throughout the forum and I've never seen 'Red' pads in the store.

Attention To Detail - 2003 Acura RSX Type-S Severe Correction

As an RSX owner myself... loved seeing the work. Also, glad to see the removal of the rear spoiler. I'll be buying some pads to do a complete correction soon, and had been debating how I wanted to tackle that area - nice to see that removal is so easy and will make polishing that paint a LOT...
