The Mustang is going international with the next body style. While I love the look and feel of it now, they're going to have a wider market to cater to and will have to adjust for that.

In Illinois we're required to have a front license plate. I was actually pulled over one time for not having one. I envy those of you who don't have such a law.

From what I've read, the MGW shifter is a must for the 2011+ cars. I've got a 2011 and I've been eying one for a long time now!

Don't wait for me to post an availability date as I really don't know when I'll be available. It's more along the lines of if the date lines up and I'm available that weekend I can attend.

I wonder when the S3 will be upgraded to Jelly Bean.

I wouldn't mind paying a small fee for this. I think it's just a great idea to get together and learn from each other. If this one goes well I hope we can continue to do more for those who couldn't make it for whatever reason.

Of course if I can make it I'll bring all my goodies. I might even leave the car a bit dirty so others can take a crack at it! Hmmm, if anybody wants to show off their scratch/chip repair skills, my car still has some spots that could use the touchup.

I'd love to learn some tips/tricks from other detailing enthusiasts. Saturday's usually work the best for me, but really with enough advanced warning anything is possible.

I'm in Illinois also. The lack of rain has been great for washing the car, but horrible for the time between. Dust is everywhere.

There's probably rail dust still on the car, so IronX isn't such a bad idea.

The worst part is that he thinks your dumb enough to fall for it. "Oh yea, that's already added into the invoice!". Derp.

Hmmm. I haven't used it personally. Are you using a machine or by hand? I have used SwirlX (by hand) and have had some decent results with it. No where near as good as I get with the machine though.
