    Has anyone opened up their Rupes? It appears to be fine except for speed control. The control module is about $100. I will be posting on the Flex Forum looking for parts for my 3403 too. Neither of these polishers have high mileage. The Flex has maybe 6 Hrs. use the Rupes maybe 20 Hrs.

    Yes, but the time from breaking the beam to 60' isn't what it can be, I am doing 1.9X seconds to 60'. I should be able to make 1.7X with more practice. 1.7 should break me into 11s
