    Heard great things about both of them and apparently they share a lot of the same technology and formulas. So I'm curious as you which do you guys think is better in terms of paint correcting ability, ease of use, correcting speed, how glossy it finishes, how long the use time is, etc.

    yea go ahead and sheet the car. then the little water left over can be used with Hydrate. You gotta have some water on there, but there should be enough left even after sheeting.
